Vickers adopts two control modes: temperature control and variable flow regulation
Regulation of secondary network temperature: the circulating pump of secondary network adopts constant speed pump to keep the flow of secondary network unchanged. The water supply temperature of secondary network is indirectly controlled by changing the flow of primary network through the flow regulating valve installed on the primary network, so as to realize the regulation of secondary network temperature and save energy to the maximum extent.
Regulation of secondary network flow: the circulating pump of secondary network adopts frequency conversion pump, which can change the speed of motor by changing the frequency of power supply to achieve the purpose of changing the flow of secondary network and realizing variable flow control of secondary network.
Secondary network temperature and flow regulation: that is to say, the circulating pump of the secondary network uses variable frequency pump to change the flow of the secondary network, so as to realize the flow regulation of the secondary network. At the same time, the electric control valve installed on the primary network is used to control the water supply temperature of the secondary network to realize the temperature regulation of the secondary network. In this way, the user's pipe network is in the operation state of large temperature difference and small flow, so as to achieve the optimal energy-saving effect.

Single loop temperature control:
The basic control of the unit is climate compensated temperature control. By detecting the water supply temperature of the secondary network and comparing with the outdoor temperature, the opening of the electric control valve of the primary network is controlled, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the water supply temperature of the secondary network.
Full automatic field control (manual inspection required)
In this configuration, the primary network is equipped with an electric regulating valve to control the water supply temperature of the secondary network; it has the function of outdoor temperature compensation; the circulating pump adopts frequency conversion control, using the difference of supply and return water pressure of the secondary network as the feedback signal, and the secondary network carries out variable flow control; the make-up water pump adopts the frequency conversion water supplement, which takes the return water pressure of the secondary network as the feedback signal; the water level sensor of the make-up water tank can be automatic It controls the water level of the water tank and has the function of water shortage protection and make-up pump; the return water pipeline of the secondary network is equipped with a pressure relief solenoid valve. If the secondary return water pressure exceeds the set value, the solenoid valve will automatically open to release the pressure to the safe value and then close automatically. All actions of the unit are automatically controlled by the controller. Under normal conditions, the unit is in unattended automatic operation state, only employees are required Regular inspection.
Automatic unattended remote communication control
The controller of this configuration unit has remote communication function, which can transmit relevant data such as temperature, pressure, flow and water pump status of primary and secondary network supply and return water, state of electric control valve, water level signal of water tank, state of frequency converter to control center, and can receive control instructions from control center for remote control. Communication mode can be wired or wireless, open communication protocol. In this way, the heating pipe network of users is really connected, and the problem of hydraulic imbalance of primary network is completely solved. Users only need to inspect regularly.
