Siping Deaf-mute School is a comprehensive special education school, with more than 120 students, most of whom come from poor families. In order to help them solve the problem of keeping out the cold before winter, on the afternoon of October 15, 2019, Siping Vickers Heat Exchange equipment Co., Ltd. entered the city deaf-mute school together with Siping female Entrepreneur Association and Siping Oriental Science and Technology City. 

21 boxes of cold protection items such as clothes, trousers and gloves were sent to the children in need of help. In the cold season, they warmed the children's hearts with true feelings. 

Under the guidance of Vice Principal Sun Weimin, a group of condolences visited the campus environment, classroom teaching and children's handmade works, watched the children's talent shows, and learned about their life and study closely. Everyone interacts closely with deaf-mute children.
